More and more today your will find other contractors adopting the "Flat Rate" business model. In fact, at Go-Well(TM) we invented this business model for construction related projects which normally uses a bidding or negotiated business model. At Go-Well(TM), we have perfected it. While there are exceptions to every rule, not all projects can fit the flat rate business model but for our target market, the 80/20 rule applies, thus 80% of our projects do. We established this business model 9 years ago when the online classified ad's website Craigslist began to bubble and change the game for classified ads. We decided to make construction remodeling more transparent and thus also be a game changer. Our prices are transparent and thus we offer our clients the confidence to know what to budget to get their projects completed in accordance with local building codes and/or to their specifications - sometimes we go beyond code.
Today, we are finding more and more contractors copying this business model on CL (Craigslist) because it makes good business sense for them and it also helps them be more competitive just as we are at Go-Well(TM) Construction Services.
Thanks again for visiting our website. Please feel free to use our contact form to start the process of flat rate remodeling.
